Appointments

Appointments:

Our usual office hours are Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. If you are unable to attend during these hours it is possible to make earlier or later appointments by special arrangement.

Our Office is also open Saturday mornings 9am to 1pm during the busy season by appointment. If you are unable to attend an appointment please let us know at least 24 hours before hand.

Please note that attendance at our Firm is by appointment. Clients with appointments will always take precedence. If you arrive without having made an appointment we cannot guarantee that you will be able to see the person you require.

Note that once an appointment is mande and you fail to attend a meeting without giving sufficient notice, you will be billed for the time allocated to you unless there are extenuating circumstances.

We always endeavor to return phone calls as soon as possible. Our policy is if possible the same day but certainly within 24 hours during our busier periods.

Confidentiality:

Client information is respected and protected by law and our own code of conduct. We will never give any information regarding yourself and your affairs to any other person (including spouses, business partners, third parties etc.) without your permission.
